In total - I have been using the mouse for 3-4 years already, because it simply has no alternatives for left-handed people. Yes, the mouse is very comfortable, yes, the mouse itself, not counting the cables, is still reliable, and the mouse software has rich functionality, apart from the lack of an overlay with the button layout, which severely limits its functionality for my tasks. Yes, in the end, you will have to periodically re-solder the cables and / or buy a new one of the same. But if I didn’t need a mouse strictly for my left hand, I would take some other one with a lot of buttons, albeit more expensive. I put 5 out of 5, but this is only because this segment has been without fish for a long time.
