Review on 🧼 Defense Soap 4oz Bar - Enriched with Tea Tree and Eucalyptus Essential Oils by Kelli Ervin

With so many positive reviews I was really hoping my results would be the same but unfortunately it didn't happen. I have a fungal infection around my lower lip and chin which has caused pimples and also led to thrush. This was my first time contracting a yeast infection and I have no idea how I got it as I didn't have any risk factors and I haven't been around many people due to the pandemic. Like I just woke up with it one day. I took treatment with nystatin and the thrush went away but the rash on my face remained which then led to another round of thrush that was even worse. Then he took a course of fluconazole and the same thing happened when the thrush went away but the rash stayed on his face and soon after that the thrush came back. I'm on both RX's now but with less frequent doses for longer durations. In my desperate attempt to get rid of this harmful thing, I ate yogurt and took probiotics, drank a ginger and garlic concoction, and used coconut oil and petroleum jelly several times a day with no noticeable improvement in the rash. I've also tried an over-the-counter antifungal cream, but that seemed to make the rash worse. I thought maybe this soap could be the magic answer. On the 3rd day of use it turned out to be drying out my skin and making my rash flaky and cracked. So sad. I'm sure it works for some people with all the good reviews; it just didn't work for me. I never thought yeast infections could be so difficult to get rid of. I will probably go back to the doctor when my meds are up to find another solution.
