LEM-OH-NO! My time spent with LEMOISTAR was a complete and utter waste of time! In spite of the fact that they assured me they would supply the resources necessary for a happy and healthy home, I discovered the exact contrary to be the case. To begin, their website is a complex maze that is difficult to navigate. It took me an interminable amount of time to locate what I was looking for, and once I did, the product descriptions were unspecific and offered no assistance. To determine which air purifier would be most effective for me, I felt like I required a degree in rocket science. Second, their prices are completely unreasonable. I had the impression that I was paying for a designer label rather than for the merchandise itself. I could have put that money toward a brand new vehicle instead of purchasing their most expensive humidifier. After a long wait, I was extremely disappointed to find that my purchase had not been fulfilled. The merchandise was poorly made and did not deliver the results that were promised. I attempted to get in touch with customer support, but they were about as helpful as a fish that had been taken out of its natural environment. In conclusion, there is no better place to go if you are interested in enduring a soggy catastrophe than LEMOISTAR. Your time, money, and sanity will all be saved if you go purchasing somewhere else.
