Well, first of all I didn't give this product a very good rating. One of the batteries was faulty and I couldn't find any information on who to contact for support and I initially gave it a bad review. To my surprise the company contacted me, I explained my problem and they said they would take care of the problem and I am happy to report that they dealt with it in a beautiful property and quickly. were a priority but unfortunately many companies don't seem to care and I thought so did this one but they proved me wrong and I am very grateful! So now the laser works great! The support turned out to be better than expected. I couldn't ask for more. Finally, I'm not sure what other products this company makes or sells, but after this experience I wouldn't hesitate to order anything from them.
