Using a running headband. I have very thin hands so I tried them on without my phone (iPhone 5). It was big even though I put it in the smallest slot. This has always been a problem for me; However, when I put the phone in the strap, it tightened up so it worked really well and didn't shift on my arm while running. I don't blame him as I'm very skinny so it won't be a problem for everyone else. It's very light, even more so than previous straps I've had - by the way, I had to twist the strap before attaching it to the Velcro to keep it tight enough. The only comments I would make are 1) the lowest part of the home button is covered by a band but that doesn't interfere with its use in any way, not something you need while working, and 2) the phone doesn't fit completely inside the band, leaving the top part of the phone missing. But I didn't find any problem here either; In fact, the phone is very safe in the group. The best feature for me is the fact that it doesn't add any weight to the phone.
