Review on 🚿 Frizzlife SP99 Certified Chlorine Chloramine Removal Filter by Gilbert Pfaff

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Initial review good for water filtration and water softener

Day 1: Very happy so far. The flow rate is good - I was a little curious to see how that would turn out (this also depends on your water pressure, of course). There was a small leak at the bottom of one of the filters where the bottom screw cap connects to the housing, but removing and replacing it seems to have fixed it. It just didn't fit that well. Compared to a normal faucet, it tastes much cleaner, so high hopes are placed on it. Pros: Despite being cramped under my sink, installation was pretty easy. Moved the reset button and put it in place. Connecting all the lines was not difficult. If the space under my sink wasn't cramped and a bit small, it would easily take 10-15 minutes. Cons: The spout feels pretty loose, so I only gave it four stars. I don't know if this is normal on all devices, but it's quite annoying and makes it a bit brittle. Also, I am very happy with the purchase and look forward to using it. We spend so much on bottled water per month that the initial cost is easily recouped in a month or two (not counting replacement filters which are NOT expensive at all). $50 for a spare set? Yes, please. Not to mention fewer bottles (ours) going to landfill. **Note: Make sure you insert all your hardware fully and securely and all nuts are tight. When connecting a water source to it, first open the spout and give it a twist. Changing from a regular water line to a smaller line causes too much pressure. I don't want any fittings to break due to a sudden increase in pressure. If there is a leak anywhere, simply remove the fitting and push it back in place**
