The first one is with a petticoat and the last one is what it looks like right out of the box. I’m 5,1, 150lbs, and have a D chest. I’m always between medium and large so I got a medium. It fits nice, the back is stretchy. But I wish I had gotten a large. (As you can see from the second picture my upper area sticks out on the sides. The material is high quality. It’s a super pretty dress. Just if you have a bigger top and you’re between sizes, go with the bigger one.Update I sent them back and got larges. The red dress is medium and the blue in large. The top is so much more comfortable. but as you can see they look the same it’s not hugely over sized or anything
