The only downside of this product is the installation. I didn't have any problems, but I could see that someone with arthritis or limited hand use might struggle. You have to bend or fold the hard plastic grommet on the hose to remove the old part and then snap on the new one. I watched video ads on YouTube, there were no problems. It is exactly the same as the old one, so it works well.
