Very satisfied. It's quiet and very stable. And what I like the most is that it supports SATA 3.3 hard drives like WD80EZAZ where many will have problem with 3.3V pin. But for this case you only need to connect WD80EZAZ, it's not at all Modification to 3.3V pin required! Just plug in and get started! Big! But first, make sure you actually put them in the slot. At first my WD80EZAZ wouldn't turn on because it wasn't really connected to the mains. When inserting a hard drive into this enclosure, be sure to push the hard drive down a little until you feel it actually plugged in. Then it just works wonderfully! Now I have 5 5*8T=40TB WD80EZAZ hard drives and it works fine. And a WD80EZAZ is only about $120 right now, so I spend 120 * 5 + $249 + tax = $900 and get a 40TB storage system. I think it's a good investment.
