I really need a carrier for our Havana pup we got in August. When we got him he weighed 3.2 pounds. The sling was comfortable, it fitted snugly, the attached clip kept it secure (I attached it to his harness and it was free to move). It became a good pillow when I put it in the baby section of the shopping cart. At 6 pounds and a fairly long pup (and active) it's not as comfortable as it used to be, but still workable. Not sure if it will work once he gains a few extra pounds but until then he will still be on a leash. We only used it for short walks and it worked as described and expected. I should point out that I'm 5'4" and my husband is 5'10" and we were both comfortable.
