Don't trust the pictures!

Photo shows the flags located inside the cone and protruding from the top of the cone. In fact, there are no holes in the top of the cone for inserting flags. There is no hole in the top of the cone for attaching flags. My husband made a hole for the flags with a drill, we pulled it out, but it took a lot of work. We had an outdoor party and had to pin them to the table, there were holes in the base which made it easier to pin to the picnic table. It's made for a sweet centerpiece, but don't be fooled by the promise the picture makes
