I love how it's easy for me as an admin user with limited IT skills/knowledge - everything is very simple! It has saved us time in creating forms which takes days using other software products at our office (CAD product / MS Word). The only downsides are 1) sometimes there could be minor glitches when making changes 2.) occasionally some emails get delivered out of order or not timely 3.). Sometimes if you receive 10-15 email messages from one day then your mailbox gets full & needs space 4.) If we want more storage capacity within Mailbox first 5.), all options should come back up again into available pool 6., they need their own app since this can cause confusion between apps 7.) You may find yourself confused about where things go once downloaded 8 ). This would help make sure users have access easily without needing any training 9), so less chance errors occur during use because everyone will know what folder etc goes here.
