Hi all! I'll tell you about my first experience of purchasing a PS5. In general, I wanted it for a long time and set out to purchase it in November 2022. I ordered ROSTEST on GameHome. I ordered and started flipping through reviews about the console and what and how. I came across a review that it makes no sense to acquire ROSTEST, because they say they are all from other countries and that they will not bring ROSTEST to you anyway. It strained me and along the way (the order was supposed to be delivered in five hours that day) I started calling the seller to find out what kind of prefixes they had, called, called and in general did not get through (I strained due to the fact that somehow This not normal). In general, after a certain time spent on calls to the seller, and without getting through, I decide to cancel the order in GameHome. And I reorder the prefix again, not in the ROSTEST version, but for other countries. And somehow, either not carefully, or out of a thirst to get it faster, I forget about the fact that a new order is again being placed with the GameHome seller. They bring a prefix, I turn it on, it stupidly does not turn on, I already felt uncomfortable and such an emotional sediment . Day, evening, the next morning and day, well, not on and that's it . Stupidly two peak-peak. I am making a return. It takes a little less than a month, the seller supposedly checks everything there in the allotted number of days for this and cuts the deadline. They don’t return the money, I write in support saying so and so . They answer me that they themselves will try to contact the seller and after 48 hours if the seller does not answer, then they will return the money to me. 48 hours pass, the money is not returned and constant unsubscribes from the seller that we are dealing with the situation and a little later we will answer you and decide everything. 68 hours pass, the money is not returned and constant unsubscribes from the seller that we are dealing with the situation and a little later we will answer you and decide everything, then 80 hours and everything is the same. I already have anxiety at this point! In general, five days later, everything was decided positively in my direction, the money was returned! Thank you support!
