I am very pleased with the Chef Craft stainless steel spatula. It was exactly what I expected having read the product description which was accurate. This is a short handle lathe that is perfect for the two small cast iron pans I use for boiling eggs or frying. You can also use it for larger pans, but note that this is not the usual length for a spatula. I love that the handle is thin because all those thick-handled utensils take up so much space in the dish rack. Unless you have arthritis, you really don't need ergonomic grips for an object that doesn't require pressure and you only hold for a few minutes. It is made from a single piece of stainless steel so nothing can break, burn or burn. . I'm very glad I bought this handy tool. I also ordered a long handled spatula from Chef Craft. I finally threw away all my old nylon kitchen utensils. This product arrived within 5 days of my order with free shipping on orders $25.00 or more. UPDATE: I've been using this product for over a year now and it still looks shiny and new like the day I unpacked it. No rust or blemishes of any kind despite being used almost every other day and left in the water in the sink more times than I'll admit! I highly recommend this blade. It never needs to be replaced, it is a lifetime product.
