Review on πŸ”€ 2 Input 1 Output R/L Stereo Audio Bi-Directional Switcher, Splitter with Mute Button - No External Power Required by Anthony Hicks

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Volume control seems suspicious, terrible background noise when two cables are connected

I still don't understand what's going on, but I think I have two problems: 1. When a cable is plugged into both of the two inputs, there is an awful digital fuzz that's a bit quieter than the audio goes through them. It doesn't matter which ports you use or what's plugged into them. Tried 10 cables, many audio devices, all on different ports. Same problem.2. The volume control requires a lot of effort for the first 75% of the volume. The last 25% spins slightly, but anything below 75% is 100% damped. I feel like it worked for a few weeks before the fuzz started and the pen started working. Anyway it's useless and now it sounds awful,

Pros
  • β‘  Select audio input between 1 and 2 with switch 1/2 and get an output;
Cons
  • No automatic
