Junk product. After a month of light use, the battery life has drastically reduced. Worked about 6 hours on a full charge up to 1-2 hours. Then after 2 months the headphones don't even turn on. I tried to return a product through the logitech website but the damn warranty page says 404 page not found, really terrible support for them as there is no direct access to the warranty page by following link by link only to try to find her. Will definitely never order them again. **UPDATE** Finally got through and sent the old pair back via RMA. Got a 'new pair' and within a week had the same problem. The power button does nothing. I listened to the charging instructions, never charged anything other than my computer's USB port, and didn't clean/dry them. However, these damn things just don't include a reset or anything. When I put it on the charger, the LED is green, fully charged, but they don't respond at all. I would like to give zero stars but 1 is this. AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
