Good product, quick response to customer service.
I would recommend this product. After a few years they worked great, then my remote got a little wet so I couldn't see what channel it was on and wanted to buy a new one. I bought a new one but now the vibration setting only works on one collar. It sucks. A new remote is only $10, but it still sucks. However, I would buy it again.
