If you're a parent, you might just need to know that this is a Melissa & Doug product. The company is known for manufacturing high-quality baby products. If you are just reading this review to see if this product is well made then you may not need to read further - this is a good product and good value for money. ok, are you still reading? Good product and my kids love to play with it. We bought this along with Melissa & Doug's Fridge Food Set and thought they both make great 'eat' toys, but although children play with them at the same time the products are very different. This product contains a set of "jars" with very nice graphics (or "labels") and removable plastic lids. I appreciate that while the lids are removable, they're tight enough that they can never accidentally fall out. The jars themselves are made of thick paper or cardboard and appear to be durable. Given that 19 month olds are currently playing with this, I can also appreciate the relative ease of each of the cans when thrown (not that we encourage throwing food cans at our homes!), the cans harm people, Pets or surrounding objects. So I would definitely buy it again. It may not be exactly what I expected when I originally ordered it, but the kids love playing with it and I think it's good value for money.
