Cannot be used comfortably for the first few weeks until the drain comes out and you are basically on the mend.

Compact and easy to attach to the seat belt. It didn't seem thick enough to provide adequate protection. I ended up using a small pillow for the first few weeks before I could "move on" to this article. He is cute and carries an ice pack with him when needed. I have to reattach it every time I get in the car because it landed on my stomach instead of my chest after I got out of the car and buckled my seat belt.
