I just unpacked and assembled these today to get ready for the holidays. I took the time to read the manual carefully and then plugged it in to try it out to make sure it worked. Within a minute of using it and turning it off, I find a piece of plastic next to the vacuum cleaner. I was alarmed. After examining the vacuum cleaner, I found that the plastic base was cracked and the part next to it was about to crack as well. THE? Unbelievable! I read somewhere that someone says it's a piece of junk plastic? I find out after spending a lot of time researching then reading and putting it all together that it's true! Attached is a photo of the broken piece of plastic with the piece it was removed from just below. If you look to the right you will see that another piece of plastic is about to come loose! This is a big disappointment. I thought I was ready to clean my pellet stove so I could use it for Christmas. NO. Now I have to start over and won't be able to use the oven over Christmas.
