Customer service was excellent. The first set arrived broken and when I noted it in the order, a new one arrived the next day. The design goes perfectly with my shabby chic style bathroom decor. Nail and chrome - the best combination of modern vintage. They work great. I use one for hand soap and one for lotion. The pump also works well with thicker lotion. I will buy more.
