My feet are a little sensitive, so it's often difficult for me to find comfortable shoes. Especially online, where of course I can't try it on. But I've had good luck with Rockports before and ordered them along with similarly styled Clark's and Eco, all women, size 8. Prices ranged from $59 to $119, by the way. Not knowing what brand or price I was trying on, I tried on a different shoe on my left foot instead of my right foot and confused it with the three brands. This made it very easy to compare fit and comfort. Rockport won by putting its arms (or legs) on top of the other two brands. Even without a comparison, I would have sent the other two pairs back to Revane. Ironically, Rockports only cost about $11 compared to the cheapest shoes. The rejected shoes were actually uncomfortable, so to speak. Not just less user friendly than Rockports. The Rocks were very comfortable in the heel, toe and mid straps and had a soft, comfortable sole.
