Tearing when putting on and adjusting

We had problems with tearing. The tape mostly comes off when I try to separate it from the tongue. The leg and back also ripped a few times when I tried on my little ones. Unfortunately we are trying other brands. The only other tidbit I would like is the size of each individual diaper.
