Rugged construction, heavy gauge steel plate, quality powder coat finish. All holes matched perfectly, so nothing had to be changed. The included metric nuts and bolts appear to be of good quality but as they are zinc plated they will rust over time. The trailer it is mounted on is a 7x14TA (tandem axle). Overall I am happy with this mount and will purchase another if I decide to mount the spare tire on the other side of the rail. There are no disappointments here.
