Excellent Customer Service, Detailed Reporting
I like how easy it was for me as an SEO expert myself to understand what my team needed from us in order to perform our duties properly. The customer service department has been great at always responding quickly when we have issues or questions about something they offer. There are some things you can't really change yourself unless your account manager explains them over multiple meetings and then makes sure everyone understands before implementing any changes. It's important to know if this product will work with all sites/domains because not every site works well together so make sure yours does! We were looking into getting more leads through Google Ads but weren't having much luck until now thanks to ScreamingFrogs services.
Pros
- How helpful their Customer Service is, especially after hours (I've run across that plenty times) They don't take down anything once its up live without giving proper notice first though sometimes there may be other reasons beyond just lack of notification which would prevent those same actions being taken again later i'll get back onto why sometime soon :) Their knowledge base
