Terrible machine! This is the second DS-320 we bought for our office. In total we have 3 Epson scanners in our office. Both blocks have the same problem. The device locks up and then turns off. This device worked for 95 days, after which it stopped working completely. Trying to get help from Epson customer service is ridiculous. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get permission from them to send me a new device instead of a refurbished one. It then took another 30 minutes for the manager to get permission to replace the new unit. Poor build quality and poor customer support.
