Great product, works very well until it broke (one of the levers came loose from the spring inside). The company claims a lifetime warranty, but it isn't. I've been in touch with "Bernadette" who emails me back 1-2 days after my email at 1:00am CST IF I'm lucky and didn't help. I have followed all the instructions on the website and packaging, right down to registering the warranty. They will respond until it is time to ship the item. WON'T BUY AGAIN I'd rather pay a few bucks more and deal with someone who stands behind their warranty claim.
