Easy integration with our platform by using their API keys! They are fast at responding as well (sometimes quicker than us!). Friendly people who care about customer success rather then just making money off your business or products they provide services for you if needed/possible without getting paid themselves first - which I appreciate very much because it's not always possible when working remotely like me but so far that hasn't been an issue yet :) We use them mainly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud however since marketing automation is one area where every other tool seems too complicated compared what autotask provides; also providing CRM integrations via APIs would be great though this feature isn’t available right now unfortunately.
