Review on 🔧 Dorman 74014 Clutch Pedal Bushing: Enhanced Performance for Compatible Models by David Everett

I thought I would save money and gas if I bought this clutch pedal bushing for my 2001 Ford F350 AND A BIG MISTAKE. Installation is very easy and takes less than 5 minutes. First you need to attach the sleeve to the end of the clutch master cylinder rod and then put the pedal on until it clicks and the pedal will instantly become more sensitive. However, that is where the good ends. Just a week later the new bushing burst and the pedal came loose again. I checked and it was still installed but the brittle plastic was already cracked. It goes without saying that I come from Ford. I bought their refurbished part for less than here and the part is much thicker and stronger plastic. The factory part of the Ford holds up without problems. Well this part might work well on the F150 which has less clutch pressure and pedal effort but on the F250 and F350 this lightweight plastic is overused. Hope that helps. Many Thanks
