Great product, poor packaging
So I love Dermalogica. The product itself is great so I gave it a three. However, when I received the face gel sachet, it was soaked with the product. The lid was not taped in place so it was partially unscrewed leaving the inside of the bag soaked in water and the bottle in detergent. The product is great but you need to be sure the lid is sealed to keep it from moving. They taped the pump to the cap to keep it from opening, but not the cap to the bottle.
