We needed pool shoes for a 2 and 4 year old that are easy to slip in and out of at the pool. It was very important for me that they were wide enough to easily remove and put on (particularly at a pool shower while I'm changing them) so crocs or anything too tight wouldn't work. My girls have wide feet and these are perfect. They stay on but easy to take off. They're comfortable because they're made of that foamy cushiony experience. I'm not sure if they would work with someone with very narrow feet. We've not purchased next sizes up! They're also pretty cute.
