Review on Guideblocks by Tim Jones
Excellent system - Easy implementation
It's easy to use and it works great with our website! There are a lot of different features but we haven't found any that we dislike so far. I would say that the customer support could be better. They don't seem to know what they're doing sometimes. But other than that, everything has been good. We've had no issues with integration or anything like that. We have used guide blocks for all of our new users and it has really helped us improve their experience. We have gotten rid of a lot of abandoned carts because most people don't read the instructions.
