I have been exercising regularly for over 3 years and have been using glutamine for 2 years. Recently I went to a place where I couldn't get this product and went without it for several months. When I started taking this again along with my regular supplements I could feel the difference. BCAAs have everything you need for recovery, but that extra dose of glutamine does it. I can only speak to my body and only to my experience. Remember that every body is different. The only reason I give this product 4 stars out of 5 is because of the taste. "Natural" taste is not so good. I prefer light vanilla which wasn't available at the time of purchase.
