The ability to update new features, change colors & designs as needed without having an entire website redesigned is great! I think it's also helpful that we don't require their services to host our site since they're not taking any percentage from us (if you want them to take your money).

They are very responsive when something goes wrong or if there are problems getting software updates out which can be frustrating but overall nothing major has come up so far in regards to HCBS. If you need help designing/developing a simple e-commerce platform then this isn't really going to set you back too much time at all considering how cheap prices compared to others like Shopify etc have become these days. It was originally used solely for selling candy products but after some small tweaks made a few months ago now allows me to sell other.
