**update 10/20- seller fixed the issue and we are working once again! Great customer service!**working on the 24 month warranty, will update once sorted!**Now that school has actually started, these lasted 4 weeks. Were purchased in August for a birthday, but not actually used until September. So of course I can not return them. The sound keeps cutting out now. We have been very careful with these and they are barely used which makes this all the more disappointing. They were not thrown around, they were hung up after each use. As my child was in class today, in a meeting, the sound started getting choppy. It's only a matter of time until they completely cut out. Very disappointed in these! Yeah they are super cute, they fit well, just sad they didnt last. :(
