I do not recommend buying this cradle. While it's big and easy to move from room to room, its features are terrible. The vibration is loud and uncomfortable and only on the attached shoulder. The baby would not feel the vibrations that are in the cradle at all. The manufacturer could not be reached. Your customer service is not very good. They asked for photos and videos which I sent. but then replied sorry we don't have part for you. I have asked if it is supposed to be and if it is about a return but they have never answered me in the last week and after several attempts to get help and answers.
