Very high-quality set for the price of

Benefits - All parts are brass and have US standard port sizes (1/2 inch NPT). Superb workmanship and quality - Using wrenches with a cloth covering them seemed to give a good fit to tighten and didn't damage the fasteners Looks absolutely great and works well. Cons - Body atomizer pads are not very large (and square). Drilling round holes in tile must be VERY precise. Buy the right color of paint sealer as it's almost impossible to get these perfect ones (at least for me). ., not very detailed. Really just a quick diagram of what needs to be attached to the body valve (5-1/2 inch fittings). One for hot water inlet, one for cold water inlet, one for shower head outlet, one for atomizer outlet, one for body jets). Outside handles for hot and cold. The middle button rotates 360° for each function and does not work at the same time. Due to the design of the shower, I mounted mine horizontally instead of vertically. Use the pressure equalization circuit for body jets. I used 3/4" leads for everything, but that's because I already had 3/4" around the house. If possible, follow this path to the body jets. I don't think 1/2" lines will work, but I have no proof of this since I only used 3/4". " instead of a standard 3 1/2" spiked wall. Depending on how you need to route the plumbing, running the plumbing down the middle of the wall can get really awkward if you're struggling with a vent pipe, or other utility lines to the sink or toilet like I did. Body jets come with 1" detachable nipples. I have no idea how to place the fitting inside the tile, flush with the finished wall, to accommodate this short length and keep the hole size small enough for the escutcheon to close properly. I recommend taping your 1/2" female NPT threads securely to the wall, tiling the properly cut holes, and then removing the nipples from the body jets when it's time for installation. There is a handy hex in the Nipples fit for easy removal. Go to your local plumbing store and find the length you need. I used 3" but it totally depends on the installation depth. This is a cheap solution and it works very well once you stop figuring out how to use short nipples which were useless to my installation process.

Pros
  • Great shower: the 12-inch rain shower head ensures even, heavy rain from above.
Cons
  • Hardware Sad
