I bought a sample to test. Although the strips are small, one bar is enough for a large number of shampoos. I like the idea of going plastic free. My hair is wavy, thin but thick. It's color treated so I used a moisture strip. Shampoo twice and rinse well. My hair was like wax. It looked sad. It felt and looked like I used an entire can of dry shampoo. It was very confusing. I waited a day and then used it again, this time with shampoo once. This time my hair felt better but was still dull and still felt waxy and messy. I waited another day and used my regular shampoo and it took me three tries before I could get that waxy feeling out of my hair. I have yet to try the other formulas in the box but will update if I have the courage. I tried the herbal bar thinking it would make my hair cleaner but it still left that waxy residue. I like the shampoo idea but it's not good!
