Can't even give you the right cable.

Whether I love a product or hate it, I'm not usually the type to sit down and write a review about something. Unfortunately I'm sitting here doing exactly that, as I suspect the USB used for power (since that's the only cable provided) isn't connecting at all. With no way to power the damn thing, I'm just sitting in a hot room with a cheap plastic box and a new phone cord.
