After a long day on my feet or to relieve sore or stiff joints this was GREAT because it helped me relax. I like to use it in the bath or I prepare a foot bath and use it on my swollen and tired feet. I will continue to buy this brand as it was the most effective out of all the others I have tried. Does not irritate and did not notice any unpleasant odor. Simply perfection! Highly recommended. Use this to make LARGE jars for Christmas gifts along with a foot bowl so my friends can have as much fun as me. Use and ENJOY!
- WHY MAGNESIUM FLAKES VS. CHOOSE EPSOM SALT: Bath Flakes are made from Magnesium Chloride. Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. Although both contain some form of magnesium, magnesium chloride is much better for topical application and absorption. Flake baths are great for relieving stress, muscle aches and pains by improving circulation, regenerating the cellular level, relieving headaches, joint pain and more.
