Flexibility! With NetSatisFaxion we dont have to choose between functionality or cost (we can have both). Everything is integrated into one platform for ease of use. Customer management could be improved by giving customers more control over their account instead of having to open webinars all the time. The support team is exceptional. I highly recommend trying out this service as it will save you thousands in hardware costs alone since its almost impossible to move your business off analog when everything integrates seamlessly together. We no longer carry an old fashioned phone system that requires multiple agents working at once just to provide minimal customer care for our organization of over 900 employees. As well as freeing up office space, reducing IT overhead/costs and improving employee productivity overall. It is very easy to use and has the ability to send faxes from your computer. The interface is not that user friendly, it would help if you could customize more options like font size, color etc. I have been able to keep track of all my faxes in one place. It also helps me keep records of the numbers I have sent to. I love that I can access my faxes from anywhere.
