I like it until it stops working

I've had this outlet for a year now. I love it. I charged my phone while doing my hair, everything is plugged in. Then it started today. I've searched the GFI at home and went outside to reset the switch but nothing resets. So I unplugged and plugged my stuff straight into the outlet and it worked. So this exit, which is outside the return window, stopped working. I usually only use a fork or two of these at a time. Today I tried three points and then it went out. I would not recommend this product.
