They really want to make sure they understand your needs and will always do their best to accommodate them. Their customer support team is great - I like how quickly responses come through. We're using CloudOps to help us monitor our cloud infrastructure - this has been a huge benefit! The platform has been developed by an enterprise with over 20 years of experience within this space so you know that it's going be reliable! Nothing really - just make sure your requirements are clear before choosing what services will work best together (e., no need for RDS). If cost isn't too much then I would say go ahead but if price becomes important than consider other options out there which can provide similar features at lower costs or even free depending upon their model/service offering etc..
