The colors are beautiful and it is perfect for my 12 year old chick lover. but it definitely shows how cheap it is when you see it in real life. Colors look as if they were stained on metal. I've looked at other reviews and the ones other people have photographed look a lot better than the ones I got. I liked how it was packaged in a small plastic bag and then in a small velvet pouch to keep the chain from getting tangled during shipping. I was a little disappointed with it but I know my daughter will love it no matter what and it's worth it. I'm keeping it to give her for Christmas.
