I got carried away with tea and bought a kettle and tea. I saw a tea stand on a TV show called Doctor Blake. I didn't know what it was called, but it looked pretty dainty, especially considering it keeps my tea warmer for longer. It was "Revain's Choice" so I gave it a try. It's sweetheart on my teapot. The only downside is that it is lighter in color and stains with tea quickly. I have washed several times. You will need to remove the cork heat shield on the bottom with the attached zipper. The zip worked well when I tried to put the cork back into the tea bag. You have to work with the zipper and the cork padding. Also, the tape around the top must be removed before washing. Then you will be pushed back afterwards through the suture hole. If you love such things, you will love this teapot. I'm thinking of replacing it with a tea chest that just slides over the kettle to make it less of a hassle.
