MACBOOK PRO: I recently bought my first MacBook Pro and was not only shocked at how much I had to pay for a laptop, but also pissed that I now need an adapter to even connect the smallest peripherals! It sucks! But this hub has made that transition to Macworld MUCH easier. My monitor plugged into the HDMI port on the end of the hub with ease, it worked plug and play without downloading any software or additional adapters, and it can work with many of the peripherals I've wanted to connect to my MacBook Pro. So far I haven't had a PROBLEM with any device I've connected to it and it has made my life so much easier. PC LAPTOPS: The hub not only works with my Mac, it also works with my laptops. Again very plug and play with no issues and all the devices I connected worked the first time they connected without the problems other hubs can have losing connection to your devices multiple times. Not this one. It's been working great since the day I plugged it in. DEVICE ADVANTAGES: The device itself is sleek, small, thin and very well designed. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fact that the rear USB-C port that replaces the power cord is integrated into the device itself. This eliminates the worry and hassle of keeping up with the hub and its dedicated charging cable. This also makes the hub a great device to slip in your backpack and take with you wherever you go. The hub shell is silver and well built. It's not rugged but is still built to last and will withstand being plugged in and unplugged once or twice and frequently - this was a MUST for me as I'm switching between 3 different laptops. I love this center and I think it was a great purchase.
