The Leitner LH370 3-in-1 Headset outperforms all others by light years! I work in a call center and tried four other headsets before trying the Leitner. Others had numerous problems, including poor sound quality in both the speaker and microphone. Other headsets must also be removed to answer mobile or landline calls. With the LH370, I can easily switch between all three, and callers on my mobile and home phones comment on how much clearer my voice sounds. I'm not at my desk. The sound, both from the speaker and the microphone, is amazingly clear. I was able to move around with other wireless headsets, but the sound quality was pretty poor. In addition to all of these benefits, the LH370 is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day. I also use it when I'm off duty so I can move around the house and do business while the callers chat :) My only concern with the Leitner is the cost, but it's worth it. The level of support and the warranty period are second to none and this Leitner headset has made my job so much easier and more enjoyable. I can't imagine ever going back to anything else!
