I was very happy to find a beautiful but protective case for my new iPad Air that had room for a pencil, but I soon found the case to be almost useless. The magnetic front cover, which is designed to support the iPad so you can use it hands-free, is flimsy and only offers two viewing angles. At the slightest touch or pressure, it collapses, slamming my brand new tablet against any surface it's resting on. There are more functional ways to design a support function and I've never had this problem before - I just wish I could get this case back before it's too late.
