I ordered two pairs of these boots, one for me and one for my sister in sizes 8 and 9M after carefully checking the sizes on the chart and reading Amazon's Q&A about the difference between the in consulted the M and W size codes shown in the table. The answer was M for normal width and W for larger width. After that clarification, I ordered our sizes 8M and 9M and was pretty sure that I would get a shoe that would fit best. However, I was completely shocked to receive two shoes in sizes 8 and 9 W, of which I did not choose the larger width when ordering. Both shoes were too big for us and we were disappointed, especially when we waited two weeks for an international order and our carrier took on the additional shipping costs with no satisfactory result. To return these shoes I now have to pay an additional fee from my carrier to ship them back to Revane. This is a waste of money and experience that could have been avoided if the sizing chart and shipping had been done right from the start.
