The best thing about intangent as far I am concerned, it's customer support team that always helps with any queries from our end users without hesitation or delay! Nothing much to say here but if you need help regarding your Salesforce implementation then definitely go for this product - nothing bad at all! Excellent user interface of their products which makes them easy & simple too use by even novices like me who are not familiarized well enough yet can start using these tools easily within few days itself once we get used into its smooth flow/ UI!! Highly recommendable tool!! We have started implementing some features related e commerce functionality so now customers will be able purchase items directly through an application rather than going via website only (which was earlier).

This has helped us save lot more time when compared before where they had been having issues.
